- Registration to the Embox Platform:
Personal information listed under section 3. h) of this Privacy Policy is collected and processed to ensure the correct functioning and security of our website. Personal information processed for the purpose under section 4. a) of this Privacy Notice will be stored until the user is registered to the Embox Platform. After this period, the data will be deleted.
Personal information processed for the purpose under section 4. b) of this Privacy Notice will be usually stored for the duration of the session. After this period, the data will be deleted.
Where applicable laws do not set a different retention requirement, Personal information processed for the purpose under section 4. c) and d) of this Privacy Notice will be stored until the user withdraws consents/objects to the use of personal information for such purposes by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in every marketing e-mail.
Users of the Embox Platform may exercise the following privacy rights:
- obtain confirmation from the Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed, and, where that is the case, obtain access to the personal data (right to access);
- update, amend and/or correct their personal data (right to rectification);
- obtain from the Controller the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay (right to erasure);
- receive the personal data concerning them, provided to the Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the Controller to which the personal data have been provided (right to portability);
- withdraw their consent at any time, where provided. Customers in the context of the activities of a Data Controller in the European Union and in the UK may also have the right to:

Within the last 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California Customers:

- Customer records: Phone number, Job title, Company;
